Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • All orders are made to order and are created and processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

(Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

International Shipping

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll work to make it right.
